Hello All

New here, please can someone possibly help out and explain a potential issue with a Korg Triton Classic.

I have attached two pictures and there are a couple of sections that a duller than others and won't allow editing. Does anyone know if this is an issue or if there is a work around to allow the parameters to be edited?

Those parts of the screen are completely non responsive and I cannot change send values..They remain as far as i can tell at 127.

Also something strange happened the arrow keys, when scrolling through the instruments, up became down, and down became up! So inverted controls which seems very odd.

Is this a possible screen failure?

Would a factory reset and installing the latest OS help?

Thanks

You might try to re-calibrate it. I can't see your photo.
