Cool project! I will be following your progress. I agree that an aux send/return would be the most important addition, for my use anyway. I could sacrifice any considered volume pots and the power cell feature for an fx bus. I would also want to be certain that the stereo inputs could double as mono inputs for other mono synths. I like design #1, but agree that the jacks should be above the buttons.

Would definitely be interested in this, but it'd need to have some kind of plug-in power solution for me to get behind it. I'd buy one as a pre-assembled kit because I don't have surgeon's hands for soldering. Would be cool if it featured custom mouldings for the Volcas to click into on the edges! Okay maybe that's asking too much, but think about the ensuing Volca Voltron...
It's hard to believe Korg hasn't made a master mixer with motion sequence control over the levels yet. Each motion sequence could feature a killswitch to easily toggle it. This is almost certainly be beyond the scope of your project, but damn it would ****ing rock. Maybe a v2? |

I'm happy to see that
Dear Kork,
Thanks for taking inspiration in some of my ideas. I personally think you did a very good job and I am sorry it wasn't feasible to include the battery bank option.
I would really appreciate if you sent me a unit signed by people that worked on it. |
