Grand Piano card sounds are 100x better than Kronos' "Berlin Grand".
Most specifically, the Kronos' B. Grand's spatiality sounds completely screwed-up: there's no discernible center!
Very weird. Completely isolated Left/Right channels.
I am A/B'ing the two sleds on an identical monitoring system so it isn't a post-Kronos phase issue.
Any insights? Is this considered "normal" in Kronos-land?
On a pos note, vs Kurz aged & noisy piano-action keybed, I'm glad to have the LS's lightly-used synth-action!
Thanks! |
