When listen to a list of styles my Pa900 will freeze up leaving me to restart the keyboard to continue.
I love the keyboard – this is the only problem I am having with it.
What can I do to fix the problem?

Hey there. Did you put other styles to Pa900?
If yes this may be reason. When I played on downloaded style my Pa600 was acting weird. After i pressed stop i heard endless drum reverb and that is not the only thing I had. When I wanted to play this style again my Pa600 was beeping until i turned Pa600 off i got a few freezes too but when I deleted some downloaded styles instrument works fine
Delete your downloaded styles or make factory reset.
Remeber that factory reset will delete everything _________________ Korg PA600 |

Hi Bruno:
This happened to me several times until I figured it out. When you know that you select a style which was not a PA900 style, meaning coming from PA3X, or another PA style keyboard, before you start playing it save it to the PA900. Meaning, select the style and immediately save it. That will assure you that you have now a PA900 style. Once I did this my freezing problems went away.
Hope this will work for you also. _________________ The only stupid questions are the questions that have not been asked.

I find you are right -- it is the user styles that freeze when loaded too fast.
I will resave them.
Thank you, John C. (Bruno 123) |
