Is it only black keys or white keys or are both affected?

One possibility is that the keys are catching slightly on the front bar due to insufficient clearance between the two parts. Does it sound like that could be the issue, or is it more of a metallic click?
Not sure what the clearance should be on the Krome 88, but on the Kronos 88 it needs to be around 1.8mm. A piece of thick card or plastic could be used to check the clearance between keys andfront bar.
