Hello everyone. I have some problems with Midi sending on my pa3x.
I would like to midi out the pad1 and pad2 to Dmx controller, so I will be able to control the moving-heads lights from PAD (i wrote in PAD1 a C1 note and in PAD2 C2 note) for quick access.
I haven't tried yet, but i think it will work
The problem is that the pads will sound on speakers, because they doesn't have only external output. I tried to enter into the Menu - Track control - Mode. is there .Int/.Ext outputs but only for style tracks and uppers, nothing for pads.
For now i send the Pad1 and 2 to Audio Out2 to be on silent mode. But, from time to time, I use audio output 1-2 for drums and there will be a problem.
Does anyone knows a trick to send the pads only to external midi, not to audio out ?
Thanks a lot !
David. |

Hi,
"Create" a sound that have no sound !! understand what i mean?
Or copy a sound and go to AMP or volume sections for the Oscillators and put it to 0 volume so it will have no sound at all and at any velocity and write it to memory as DMX SOUND ..., now create the pads with that DMX sound and it will only send the note number when you select it .... and no sound!
I think this should work
Let me know
Best regards,
Ruifa |
