Hi Sargos
You say for now it's not supported, you think Korg may update later on?
I just downloaded the 1.2.4 os update but still not supported.
Thanks anyway

I think there they will surprise us by changing the design of the screen (better resolution), also options for colors Smile

Unfortunately due to the way it is programmed i highly doubt they will get into changing the whole structure to upscale the resolution.
Wish i will be proven wrong but....
Also i prefer bug fixes in order for the 4x to be the high class instrument it deserves to be instead of fixing colors and resolution. It is not a media player it is a musical instrument. I personally don't care about the screen resolution!Even a monochrome screen would do the job for me.

actually who cares about background color... it fits the black keyboard nicely...

If anything they should change it is things that give more information... like the icons of the instruments in the mixer, they should be much ,much more detailed... and then there is the window for choosing styles and instruments... Also needs to be more datailed, displaying a little more info on the style and the tempo.. Same goes for sound names, more detail, as well as keyboardsets.. those big red blocks with big yellow letters dont make it in 2017

+1,
We need more info in the display during live performance.
Personally I wish to see my Scale setup too in the same display page.

Hello Guys
I start this thread, but I agree with all you specially "Bachus"
I think it should be more details on the screen.
Let's wait and see what Korg will do.

Please Guys don't forget us , FIX THE OS!

Guys, the most hard to see on a live gig,are the variations and fill buttons.....though they have lights, you can't easily say which button is which.....thank God I bought a USB led.....
I would really like to know who thought of that....black keys on black font.Next step is a silver or red or blue at whatever sticker for the whole keyboard,so the buttons are not the same color as their backround.....

I agree with you.

I've mentioned in one the post in the past that It would be great if Korg design a professional keyboard with a backlit control panel (like GEM WK8,date released 1999) that is practical for
live performance in a weak lighting condition during live performance.

After all the Korg Pa 4X is supposed to be a convenient and practical keyboard for live performances.

Here is the link to the post (scroll down to see an image of GEM WK8 Control Panel):
