I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this...
Let's say I sampled 20 seconds of synth playing.
I want to keep the chord I played at 5 secs but I also want to keep a different chord I played at 15 secs.
Is there a way to 'duplicate' the original sample multiple times, saving to a new slot each time so I can then chop it multiple ways?
So I would have:
001 - keys.wav
002 - keys_1.wav
003 - keys_2.wav
All essentially starting as the same sample but edited differently?
Feel like I'm missing something obvious so apologies and thanks in advance! |

with electribe sampler ?
just export your sample and import it multiple times to different slots, and edit it differently for each slot.
or export it and copy/edit it with an editor on a computer. |

Oh. My. God.
Thank you! I've been doing my head in ALL week trying to figure that out, knowing full well it would be something so painfully obvious I would kick myself when I heard it!
I was trying to rename it, copy it...anything...but just didn't twig in exporting and importing. So simple but just what I was after.
Weekend=made!
Thanks man |
