Yes, boards that send poly AT are few and far between. Here are some others:

I'm not at all blown away at the thought of a Mellotron, even with polyphonic aftertouch. (I thought the original was just on/off, like an organ. What in tarnation is the aftertouch used for?)
On the other hand, the xkey is pretty cheap. Yeah, it's only three octaves, but this is a pretty esoteric keyboard anyway.
