Hi there.

My E2Sampler is frozen after i updated from 1.16 to 2.02
Now does not go ahead the logo screen.Seems the firmware installed may not be well.

Any idea how to make a total factory reset?
Which pads/buttons to hold down for it to boot into some fail safe where you can flash a new firmware?

And last, doing this process kills the warranty? (i cant undestand very well the license agreement in the page where i downloaded the firmware (my english as you can see is not so good)).

Sounds like you're going to have a difficult time doing a factory reset, if the machine is frozen, and you can't see the screen.

To restore the Korg Electribe to factory defaults:
-Select the Factory Reset option from the DATA utility menu.
-Press Menu/Enter to begin the process. NEVER turn off the power during reformatting

If it is just a screen issue, and you can't see the LCD screen, you could try the following:

To Factory Reset:
- turn off your e2 and turn it on again and wait like 30 seconds until it's fully loaded
- press Menu/Enter button
- press < button 2 times
- press Menu/Enter button
- press < button 2 times
- press Menu/Enter button
