In EXTernal mode:
It seems like the Kronos will let use only the 9 sliders to send Midi messages to external midi devices....but can't assign the buttons or knobs to control external midi devices. Is that correct?
please clarify.
application: I'm trying midi-learn all the sliders/buttons/knobs on the Kronos to control the OPX Pro ll. Currently, I'm only able to assign OPX parameters to the Kronos's 9 sliders.
thanks, |

If you go to global Midi, there is an external midi tab that allows you to assign the cc to send from the knobs and switches when the EXt. button is pressed. There are (from what I remember) 99 variations of these settings that can be set up, some are pre-set for various devices, i.e 55 is for Cubase I believe.
