I just freed up the remaining key. All keys are now working. Although I can still see that the gap between the rail and the keys is somewhat tighter at the lower end than the upper, I freed the key by inserting a soft piece of cardboard the width of the upper gap and pulled it down through the lower end, then, bouncing the kronos as I earlier described, with the tilted upward, on my couch arm seemed to work. Possibly I widened the gap to some with the cardboard wedge because without do that, "bouncing it" alone only freed 4 of the 5 keys; it took the cardboard technique to free the remaining 5th key. |
