|
|
Hi everyone!
I'm new here and a fairly new Kronos user, so bear with me if my questions may look silly
I need a tip regarding the use and the routing of the damper pedal in Combination mode.
My question is: i'm in Combi mode with several splits and layers. Is there a way to set/route the damper pedal to be active only on certain timbres of the Combi?
For example, i have a simple split with an electric piano on the left and brass on the right. I want the sustain pedal to be active only on the EP sound and not on the brass.
I checked in the combi menus and in the user manual but i didn't find anything about it.
Is this possible? Also, i'd like this to be specific to the Combi, not to be a Global setting, so that when i switch Combi the damper pedal function remains as "default"
Thanks very much in advance! |

Go to the midi filter 1 tab and you will see columns and rows of red squares that are actually tick boxes. The columns represent the timbres and the rows are the midi cc messages that are enabled. Find the row that says enable damper and de select the sounds you don't want effected by the damper. _________________ Admin Kronos Enthusiast Workshops Facebook Group

Seems like i didn't searched thoroughly enough
Excellent, i meant exactly that. Now my Combi functions properly, with the brass not affected by the damper pedal.
So many thanks Narf! And sorry for the late answer!! |
