|
|
Hi guys first post, i’ m having a little problem and was wondering if there’s anyone that can help me.
I have a Casio Privia PX-150 Digital Piano and a MicroKorg. I was wondering if there’s a way for me to connect them together and use the Digital Piano as a Midi Instrument for the MicroKorg.
I tried using this:
Here's the back of the Piano: I could only connect them using the USB slot at the back:
Thanks for any help. |

Hi,
It is not possible to connect them together straight away.
The not straight away method:
You'll need a computer in between: casio <> computer <> microkorg.
* a regular usb cable between the casio and the computer
* the cable you show in your post between the computer and the microkorg.
So far for the hardware. For software, it is more difficult, you'll need to install the drivers for the Casio keyboard () and install some software that transfers MIDI notes between the two interfaces.
