On my old N364 I could get leslie kicking in on an organ program by pressing harder on the keys. How do I do that for Krome?

What you descibe is a so called after touch. Unfortunately the Krome keybed does not support aftertouch. The Krome however does. If you connect an external keybed via MIDI the aftertouch information can be executed by Krome.

But with a standalone Krome you can do something similar.

1. Go to page 8, Routing/IFX, Routing
and assign for example IFX1 to your organ sound

2. Page 8, IFX Setup
Switch slot 1 On
Select Mod/P Shift -->Rotary Speaker for slot 1

3. Page 8, IFX1
In the Mode Switch at Src you can select a source to switch the Lesley on and off. It can be the damper pedal or an additional foot switch.
In fact, I typically use the Src from the line below where you switch the speed. So my off is the slow sped and the on the fast speed. But you can have individual sources for Mode and Speed.

I hope this helps.

Jürgen

Another way is to set up the organ combi with velocity splits and two timbres with organ programs. The velocity from 0 to 64 could be routed to slow and 65-128 to fast speed using 2 independent rotary speaker effects. Or routed it with or without Leslie at all.

I beleive that a foot switch can be made to control the rotary slow / fast.
I had an X3 way back and did enjoy that same after touch rotary control. It made the organ so expressive. But since then I have gotten used to just hitting the joystick.
