I don't know on the pa4 but on the pa3 you can record 1. after recording go to the menu button, go to song edit, press copy. Merge track one to two, merge to three and all of your notes are now in the first three. You can then make track 2 and 3 any instrument you want and other settings. I hope this helps. RC |

Backing Sequence might help with this
This mode effectively records a style and all UPPERs/LOWER etc concurrently but you can be selective - I think if you play around with this it might help - not 100% sure though.

How to I enable recording all three at once? |
1) The obvious way , create 3 tracks in sequencer with the 3 upper sounds you need and the equivalent effect rooting ,
enable record in all 3 tracks and proceed.
2) Avoid 3 tracks setup job , using backing sequencer automation where while in Style mode , choose KBD set you
like with the ready setup of 3 upper sounds , start a blank recording of backing sequencer for a few measures , stop sequencer ,
enter in full sequencer and 3 tracks will wait for you as in KBD SET for batch recording and then built there the rest of tracks
you need for your song.
In this case remember that program changes and KBD SET effects events are written at the very first measure of the song ,
that you can change them in later measures of the song.
Using above trick , advanced users can also use guitar mode midi events and use custom Guitar mode in their sequencer !
Hope this helps _________________ Music Conductor - Sound Engineer & Developer - Automotive SMPS/RF R&D - Electronics Engineer
