Anyone here have experience with the korg import here in Netherlands?

I have mailed them twice now over the past week, yet no response.


Maybe its wiser to bring my Kronos for a keybed repair to Bax, or a local dealer?

Very poor experiences. Sold my Oasys in time to get an EX instrument voucher if I would trade it for a Kronos.

Bought it just before the deadline, but because of the registration, which took me a day or two, never got the vouchers.

Approached Voerman by email and phone to get what I had a right to. Never got a response.

Hi Bachus. Unfortunately that is not atypical. Communication is not their strongest suit, especially not via email. I'd try calling.

I took the path of the middle man, was in Amsterdam today and visited Bax, they will take care of my repair and the communication with Voerman, according to BAx, Voerman does not like to communicate with End users (thats us the customers) but they do deliver on the repairs..

I will bring it the day before i leave on a months of Vacation in Indonesia, and when i return the instrument is ready for pickup again.

Hi
In the past I had an issue with my M388.
2 octaves We're not responding
after a phonecall I could bring him for repair
3 days later the issue was fixed.

Nowdays it seems to be at bit harder
No one seems to want repairing the powersuply issue of my SV1

The times the're a changing

It will be probably the Bax

Finally got my Kronos 88 repaired

Since Voerman prefered not having a kronos delivered directly to them, i went trough Bax...

Since my Kronos is one of the very early ones serial in the low 30’s i also let tem made note of the initial problems with these keybeds

Surprisingly i got a whole new keybed, at only €85, which i suppose is the overhead cost of Bax shop...

Very well done by Voerman..


One little problem a single key doesnt seem to return to unpressed position, maybe its from the packaging, seems to improve now after a few hours, not yet perfect tough, but i have high hopes that it will improve over the day

The keys not touching the front bar is it?
