Just got my Korg Krome 73 yesterday. The manual is hard to navigate and I need to know: when I make a combination, I have Bass/Electric Piano. The E. Piano has to be lowered one octave but I can't figure it out how in the Combination Mode. Can a genius here please help?

Thanks... :

I'm far from a "genius", however I may be able to assist.

1. Select Combi Mode

2. Select "Pages"

3. Select "P3: Timbre Param"

4. Select "Pitch 1-8" from the tabs on the bottom

5. You'll see the "transpose" values on the top of the screen.

6. Fill your boots.

Good luck with it!

CowboyNQ is as close as you can get to a genius as he has solved the riddle of transposing a part in a Combination mode. I take my hat off to him...

If you don't mind, I need one more solution. I'm running out of time and have to have this keyboard set up to perform this weekend. I can't figure out how to equalize a sound. Any help is appreciated...

Thanks

No Drama,

EQ is in the effects section. Best bet is to hit Page 77 of your user manual and read through how the effects work.

Edit: I should have also mentioned the simple EQ you can access from the Program "page". That's on Page 27 of the manual. You can also dive in to Program/Pages/P4 Amp/EQ and hit the tab on the bottom right.

Good luck with your gig.
