|
|
I apologize if this has been covered. I couldn't find it by searching.
I'm using an expression pedal to bring in Kronos strings and other sounds on top of what I'm playing on other keyboards.
The problem I'm having is that when I change sounds on the Kronos they come in at full volume until I move the pedal.
Is there a way to set the pedal or the program/combi to initialize at zero volume until I increase it using the pedal? _________________ Current Hobbyist set - Korg Kronos 61, Casio PX-5S Korg M50, Yamaha S90 ES

In Global settings, Controllers/Scales tab, next to Foot Pedal Assign, which is Expression CC#11 in your case, at a guess, set Foot Pedal Behavior to "Keep Current".
That way, if the foot pedal is pushed back to the minimum volume position, when the strings, or any Combi or Program is selected, it will be at minimum volume, or expression level to start with.
