I finished recording and saved it is standard midi file. a few days later, i called up that file and wanted to change the timber track 3. although the track name is changed, the sound is same as before.

how can i change the timber? someone suggested erasing program change data from the beginning of the track, but i couldn't find any option of it.

please help. thanks.

Track edit feature.... Go to the drop down menu at top right screen and look for where in the list you find "MIDI EVENT EDIT".

You will forst see a "Set Event Filter" Prompt with filter setting options. Omce you finish there and press "OK", you will move into the midi event list.

Thats your best bet for editing out midi events if you can decipher what you see there. I will leave those event details to other member replies.
