Hi all - I understand that there should be a way to lock your current pattern? I find it's very easy to grab the wrong knob when twiddling and lose my work in progress - annoying! Where do I find this option? I was told a 'Pattern Lock' option is in the Global Parameters options (but it isn't on mine?).

Please help!

I *just* got mine today, so I'm just getting familiar with my Electribe. I did find pattern lock though:

Menu->GLOBAL PARAMETER (26/2Cool -> PTN. CHANGE LOCK (18/20)

If you don't have this, maybe you have old firmware?

One annoying feature of this option is that if you try to change pattern without holding shift, it gives you an error message, which does not go away if you then use shift + the pattern selector. You have to hit "Exit" to clear the error.

Surprisingly, while the error message is displayed, you can actually change the selected pattern...
