Os and Mr-pkg file for pa700 needed. Not available on the korgpa.com
site. My korg pa700 freezing on startup screen.
Did anyone have such a case???

Still under warranty.
contact dealer, freezing on boot can be hardware malfunction.

Ok,thanks.
I wrote to the seller, to the service,to the korg company.The problem is mising OS file for pa700 on korg.com page.
It should be like this, for pa4x:

Meanwhile, there is nothing for pa700...
Maybe because it's a new keyboard.

Is Korg Pa700 has same option to load OS as older versions?
means hold intro on boot and have menu or have to be done from existing OS utility menu only?
I don't see in manual.

Yes, the same option like pa4x, I just tried -hold intro on boot and have menu with choosing pkg file but I don't have this file and I think no one has this file yet...

No, only menu for choosing pkg file (disk or usb).Nothing more.

There will be no PKG for the new series..
Only UPD format from now on.
So i suggest that you just call the shop you bought it from or korg service in your country if you have a problem and they ll fix it for you (or exchange it for a new one) or you can wait till a new update comes..!
There is a slight chance that the CD that came with it has the upd file but i doubt as pa4x doesn't have it too i think...

Thanks for info. Unfortunately O.S did not help- just service. My pa700 has been working fine for 3 months but I see still missing UPD (pkg) or pa700 songbook editor on the korgpa site.
