Just wondering if anyone knows how to change the fall times for the sounds in EXS 16? Tried changing the amp env but that doesnt do it, tried increasing the BPM but that didnt work either.
Im tried to recreate the Brass intro in "Something Happened on the way to Heaven" by Phil Collins without success.

Go to the Tone Adjust page, and use Pitch Stretch.
0 thru -12 will slow down the gliss, and 0 thru +12 will speed up the gliss. |

BTW - adjusting Pitch Stretch in Tone Adjust will change the speed and character of the shakes, glisses, falls and doits. |

Just happens I sold my Kronos a few years back, then bought it back a couple of weeks ago.
I was playing with this pitch stretch and found it also makes the Horns sound a lot harsher when shortening the SFZ sounds and Falls... is there a way to shorten them up but keep the sound character?

I noticed when exploring samples that aren't used in the default programs that load with the EXS 16 set, that there are several samples with shorter falls... But I haven't had time to dig in and figure out how to modify the existing programs to use the shorter fall samples. I'd like to set up programs with short, medium and long falls. |
