Hello everyone, i own a volca bass and the lovely FUNC button stopped working after 160 hours of playing with it. I have not found any customer complaints on this forum. Very disappointed with the button quality and not going to buy used ones now as they may have the same issue.
Does anybody know Is it possible to repair with original spare parts from KORG or is it KORGS policy with Volca series to make bad parts that dont last?
Thanks.
BTW found some pictures to show how its made

Yeah thats it, Korg has a specific policy in place to ensure they use bad parts that dont last....seems like yours snuck through though as you should have only got 10 hours use out of it. |

If You contact Korg Service & Spares Department they arrange spares for You for pretty reasonable price.
So great products will serve longer
Thanks KORG. |
