You can record Audio from any source including Pa3x on FL Studio.
FL Studio has very nice plugin call Edison , which can record in 44100Hz/ 32 bit quality.
Then you can save same or lower (16bit) in raw .wav, compressed .wav, WavPack Audio .wv, mp3, ogg or .flac format.
Best if you use good quality audio interface in low latency.
As using Pa3x keyboard to control FL Studio, you can, but using midi protocol.
Is good if you get audio interface with midi port support, then you got 2 in 1.
I am using M-Audio M-Track Plus and Presonus Audiobox USB96.
M-Audio has more feature, but Presonus is cheaper, less latency and better quality.
Both has midi and audio in/out.
Of course you can use any audio interface, but if you care about quality don't be to cheap. Wink
