In this demo i play two songs to show how the Piano Shimmer and the Fable Piano sound, these are two of the pianos out of 16 available pianos. The complete sound set has 64 different kind of programs, but 16 of those (2 tabpages) are piano programs.

The first song uses the Piano Shimmer Program, this ambient song is called: Andromeda - Jacoo, this piano is programmed in such a way that the shimmering effect takes effect on the high registers. This is created by wave sequenced resonance pad drops in the reverb stage.

The second song uses the Fable Piano Program, this song is called: Children - Robert Miles, this piano is programmed with a pad sound beneath it to add flavor to the piano sound.

There are different kind of pianos in the set like ambient, new age, pop and dance pianos.

The piano program list is as follows:
- Soft Piano (type: classical)
- Ambient Piano (type: ambient)
- Dream Piano (type: dance)
- Reso Piano (type: classical)
- Piano Shimmer (type: ambient / new age)
- Trance Piano (type: dance)
- Choir Piano (type: pop)
- M1 Pad Piano (type pop)
- Saloon Piano (type: pop)
- Piano Delayed (type: ambient)
- Piano Eye Q (type: dance)
- New Age Piano (type: new age)
- Fable Piano (type: pop)
- Fantasy Piano (type: pop)
- Hybrid Piano (type: pop)
- Reverse Piano (type: ambient)

thanks Frank

no in this video i use the chord sequence mode for both songs.

you can see the chord sequence play lights blinking for both songs at the beginning of the song, when i start playing the style start button is set to off. After the intro chords that i play myself i press the style start button and as soon as i hit a note then the chord sequence will start to play.

I have set the split function to off so that i can play the piano on the full range off the keyboard.

All songs i've created have the song sequences added, and it works really well in these two song examples because they both have just four chords for the complete song.

I also have the song Drops of Jupiter from Train with one of the piano programs. This works differently, this one has a lot more chords then four for the complete song. In that case i have set the chord scanning to the full keyboard and the inverse bass button activated. Now i can play the complete song on the piano (full keyboard range) and the chords will be played in the style as long as i make sure that at every chord change i play that chord on the piano.

The third way is the conventional way, split activated so that i play the chords with the left hand and the melody in the right hand, i demo'd this in the guitar demo video with the song: Fragile from Sting.

So it depends on the song which method i prefer.

Great work there.

All the sounds are finishes, so the release will be very soon (in a few weeks).

The sound set will contain the following:
- 64 Sounds
- Keyboard Sets

For the pa4x international there will be a free songbook entries songbook which are using those sounds.

there are 64 sounds in that set with two effect setups per sound.
tab 1 - 8 contains: the original 64 sounds with effect setups like in the videos
tab 9 - 16 contains: the same 64 sounds with effect setups that are more like the current pa4x effect settings (so much, much dry-er sounds).

this way the user can use the sound with the effect setup they prefer.

For the Pa4x International users there will be a free added bonus available with songbook entries which are based on the sounds in the set. These song setups will only work on the international version because they point to styles in that international version. A couple of these songs were used for the demos on my channel.

So with that bonus songbook for the pa4x international you will instantly have the same sound as shown in the videos. For instance with this piano demo, both song entries are in that songbook. Just select it and play the same tune and it will sound the same.

If you have a Musikant or Oriental version, then you could select one of the 64 programs with your own prefered style for upper 1 to create your own songbook entries. Because the style will use the effects i've programmed the sound will be the same and have a lot of influence on your total sound.

Cool I will be buying.

I just bought my PA4X a few days ago... I should have bought the International. I thought the Musikent was the same as international with a few extra sounds, but I am learning its not quite the case.

I did see another post from you and have downloaded the International styles so I will change them. Very Happy Many thanks.
