Is it possible to assign the pedal some sort of sound?

It was suggested to media-igor that he get an FCB, but he doesn't have one. This is why he was hoping to use a foot pedal to trigger a note since his footswitch is already dedicated to another function.

I see! I thought he meant he tried it out with the FCB and it didn't work for him.
