How to get EXs19(KAPRO Private Collection) out of demo mode?

I've downloaded the file, my Kronos 2 is registered with the store, but only EXs17, 18 and 138 (Outer Space Atmospheric) show up under "My Kronos".
How would I go about getting the code for EXs 19 and where do I put it then?

Did you pay your sound bank ? You get the code if you have paid it and only then you will see the code in My Kronos.
The file you download first is a Demo.

The EXs19 is free for KRONOS 2 users (which I am one of, not sure about KRONOS or KRONOS X, the layout isn't entirely clear) and the total sum is 0.00$ on checkout.
EXs138 is also free, and the code showed up right after checkout, but the EXs19 code is still missing.

Yes, absolutely, you're right, sorry. I have the both.
I just tried to get these two Kapro free banks again and as soon as I pressed on "Submit" it gave me the code, for the two banks.

So I don't see what does not work well in your case.

Did you check "I agree these terms and conditions" ?

Yes, I did. I've since phoned up KORG support for Germany, who told me to wait until evening because of time zone differences (it's 3pm right now for me). If nothing changes, I'm to send him an email with a screenshot and he'll look into sorting this out.

Alright, I've got it authorized. Looks like I've missed the code right after "Submit" (even before going to "My Kronos"). Put that into my Kronos and it's working.
