|
|
Hi,
Few of my keys werent responsing the way expected (80% of the times with full velocity). So I initialized the system and updated the software.
I was in such a rush apparently that I forgot to save the sounds...
So now I have many pages of "Init prog" and just the GM sounds.
Anyone know how to set the original kross sounds back? (Kross grand piano etc)
Link to the sound bundle or smth?
Thx in advance! |

The original operating system, Program, Combi, Song and sound sample data are all kept in a backup copy in ROM on the Kross, so can be restored quite easily.
From the Global | Basic page, press Function and then use the Page- or Page+ buttons to select Load Preload/Demo Data, and press OK. For the "Kind" listbox, select "All (Preload PCG and Demo Songs)", and press OK again.
What won't be restored will be any custom Programs, Combis, or Songs, and also Global preferences, if any were set. If they weren't backed up, then they will have to be set/created again
Bear in mind that using the above procedure it is also possible to narrow down the range of Programs or Combis that are restored using the "Kind" option, down to individual Banks, or even individual Programs or Combis.
