This is fantastic - thanks Korg team!!!

Korg have given us - yes, GIVEN us over 520 high-quality styles in the bonusware section.

If this had been Yamaha with its "in-keyboard-internet-purchases" then we would be at least 520x$6 out of pocket - you could buy nearly half a Genos for that Wink !!!!

Korg - this is great - thanks again.

Pete Very Happy

Hi All, been a while since ive post here.. too busy playing!
Now with this set of new styles from Korg I just cant help but share its quality to non Korgers out there...these are some the best "chillout" styles ive heard on any keyboard.. and Korg just unselfishly make available to its users.. Thank you Korg and your talented/creative team..

We really SHOULD specify Korg Italy, people!!

It is the great team in Osimo that do this for us, nothing to do with Korg USA!

Who ever it is, it's still Korg that are giving them to us. Thank you Korg, I just wish Yamaha would learn from this instead of wanting money for every little thing.
On a slightly diferent subject but still on how expensive Yamaha is, I have just been informed from a friend on a Yamaha forum that a speaker mount for the Genos if over £50, how can they justify this for a bit of plastic and metal.
Keep up the good work Korg. Wink

i've posted this in a different thread, but for the people that want to know the original songs for these styles, here's the list as far as i know the songs:

Most of them i recognised, this vol. 29 set is fantastic and sound really close to the original songs (most of them are from 2017), the new way of mix levels, drum and bass programming and effect usage is a big step forwards to the current standards. Well done Korg Italy !

Here's the list:

MISSING: EDX - Missing (ft. Mingue)
READY FOR IT: Taylor Swift - Ready For It
MIND: JP Cooper - She's On My Mind
BELIEVER POP: Imagine Dragons - Believer
LONG POP: Charlie Puth - "How Long"
EVA BEAT: MinaCelentano - Eva
HEAVY POP: Linkin Park - Heavy
YELLOW BEAT: Cardi B - Bodak Yellow
GOOD BALLAD: Sam Smith - Too Good At Goodbyes
BELONG BALLAD: Sabrina Claudio - Belong To You
CALL BALLAD: Taylor Swift - Call It What You Want
TOUCH BALLAD: Little Mix - Touch

Not the real song they are based on, but songs perfectly suited for this style:
16 BEAT BOB: Nils Hoffmann - Balloons (Martin Roth Remix)
KISS BALLAD: Klymaxx - When you kiss me
LATIN UNA DANCE: Malu Trevejo - Luna Llena

No idea:
VALENTINE POP

So if someone else recognised the last four songs in this list, please add them below, so that we have a complete list for the styles.

The songs that i didn't recognise:
16 beat bob
kiss ballad
latin una dance
valentine pop

I agree, i cant recognise any of the songs in the styles, However These styles are so well done that i can refresh some old tunes and give it a twist...
Its now Vol29..i dont know the story behind these packs either but glad its there and counting.. in the mean time just enjoy playing, and its not just these free packs but also crazy updates like the V2 we just had..-)
Im just more nervous what the Pa5x will be like as thats where its gonna hurt more (my pocket -Smile) im on a very good thing with what Ive got at the moment..

Yea, we're nearing the "red zone" when 4x prices begin to fade. That is, if Korg keeps to its 4 year cycle of new keyboard then I'd guess at late 2019 for a Pa5x. They're not going to keep on releasing free style packs, new OS's, etc., that's commercial suicide. And, hey, the way time's been flying by on me this past while, the end of next year is not far off. Oh man, what WILL they unleash on us with a 5x! Cool

I reala do not to belive that they will fix a new PA Model, They must have better than that, NEW soundboard, New Layout,New look, new styles Better RAM, faster OS, and more .

Just stop making PA, it,s 2018 there is no USB 3 on it,!
Make something that really is in intrest of a musician.
kill all other brands, Come up with a NEW CHAPTER.
