|
|
So I started to get into some of the KApro EXs libraries. Ended up purchasing a couple and downloading a few others for demo. One complication I noticed though is that they all seem to want to load into the User-G bank, so if I try to load in multiple libraries at once, they end up just overwriting each other in the U-G bank. Is there an easy way for me to, for instance, load the first library into the U-G bank, and then load a second library into an unoccupied HD-1 bank? I've tried a few different things in Disk mode when loading the libraries, but I can't find any sort of option to choose my destination bank. |

I strongly believe that redirecting is strictly developer's job for the following reasons :
- Advanced sound libraries (as the most of factory) , use Combinations that have references to Programs & Wave Sequencers.
- Using Kronos OS redirection of Program banks , will disorder all Combination's EQ and gain , since you have to edit every
combination , and unclick all tracks auto EQ load and also disable Global autoload.
- The invisible issue in WS can't be handled by users since there EXs will also overwrite each other and Programs & Combis
with WS references will be messed up , last PCG loading will prevail , and no utility can redirect Wave Sequencer Banks !
Third party sound developers should promptly support customers customizing their PCG setup for their standalone products
as WavesArt does , and not only providing pre-defined sound libraries bundles that will also overlap others EXs ... _________________ Music Conductor - Sound Engineer & Developer - Automotive SMPS/RF R&D - Electronics Engineer
Here’s something I put together that talks about this:

Good Luck!
Thanks Kid! Perfect for what I needed as well. I’ve moved banks before but this solved a couple of things for me.
And for the OP enjoy those libraries from KApro. They are excellent! |

That was very helpful. Thanks for sharing. Got the 2 EXs libraries I wanted to use loaded into separate banks now. |
