Anybody know how to load multiple packs of samples on Korg Kronos 2

ok I have 2 packages of samples I put one to the keyboard the pcg and the ksc then I keep it in the hard disk of the keyboard I keep it in ram but when I try to load another package which had previously loaded the sounds are erased and they do not sound although the names, as the easiest way to
join two or more sample packages to put them in a single folder and load them all at the same time thank you very much to all

Is it possible that you are overwriting the first set of samples every time you load the second set?

When you press 'load' to load up samples, a window opens and you are asked either to 'append' the new multisample or else to 'clear all'. I think that, in your case, you need to choose 'append'. If you do not choose that one, the Kronos will automatically clear all the existing samples in memory.

Does that solve the problem?
