|
|
Hi all!
At first: sorry about my bad (school/holiday)-English
I have a massive background noise on my Monologue.
(Yes, i have the latest firmware on it.)
The gear i have, i tested with:
Mixer 1: Behringer xenyx usb
Mixer 2: Yamaha MX 12/4 (nearly 20 years old, but work fine)
Cables: Low budget cables (my standart), HighEnd shielded cable (my bithday present…)
No matter if i use my low budget cables or the golden one, the Yamaha mixer or the Behringer - I HAVE ALLWAYS THIS TERRIBLE NOISE:

This is the sound, recorded in Logic Pro.
Even when i plug in my AKG Phones directly in monologue, i hear this noise.
(not so loud as in the recorded sample - i raised up the gain and volume)
A friend of mine, an electrical engineer, said: „i am pretty sure, your electrical mass is not grounded. i mean the power adapter AND audio“
???
On the same Mixers are my Novation Ultranova and my Arturia Microbrute - no one of these make any noise. (those two synths have nearly the same power supply and use the same cables, nothing is groundet)
This must be a problem with the Monologue…
Please help me to send this noise to hell! |
