Try RIFFSTATION ( for WIN and/or MAC)

Hi,

I use a tap tempo for this purpose. The result is quite satisfactory. There are, however, several of these programs for different platforms.

Yes, you can find the exact BPM of any music track using different techniques in many DAW software such as Presonus Studio One.
