Maybe in next Os' update, Korg should think about STS again and how it should work.
In my opinion all effects used in STS should be saved within the STS itself,so anytime you want to change a program from UPP1-UPP3 ,the effects remain the same,AND NOT BE TRIGERED from Upp1-3.

That way would be easier for users to load first the programs wherever they want,and then reassign the programs into STS. Still it's much work to do,but way easier for someone who wants to do it manually.

This can be solved if you change only Upper 2 or 3 SOUNDs of KBD Set or both , in this case KBD SET global effects
will retain their preferences !
Only Upper 1 sound recalls individual SOUND effects , and this option is fair IMO ...
