|
|
Hi all,
I have aquired a 01/WFD recently which is overall in a good condition. All buttons and keys working and only the typical things to refresh (Display backlight and battery).
However the screws on the bottom are somehow corroded and I like to replace them.
According to the manual, That are the following types:
A: CT B BZMC 3x8
B: CT B BZMC 4x10
C: PLAX B BZMC 3x8
D: TS SSE BZMC 4x10
I tried to look this screws up and to identify replacements I could buy somewhere ... But no success.
So can anyone (hopefully from Germany or Europe) translate this into something I can find in a screw shop?
Somehow it looks like Metric Screw format (M4x10 and M3x8) but I am not sure.
Anyone can confirm that?
Thanks

Hi all again,
I found the right screws - just went to the next Baumarkt (Homedepot?) and this is the norm of current screws:
M3 and M4 screws will do the job with correct screw length for A, B and D type screws.
So for A it is: ISO 7045 or DIN 7985 M3x8 PH1
For B and D it is the exact same screw - ISO 7045 or DIN 7985 M4x10 PH2
So both are metric screws, with PH head.
And the last one:
C looks like a tapping screw ... something like ISO 7049. The only issue is, there is no 3mm scew - they only exist as 2.9 or 3.5 mm screws. I have not tested it yet, but will do. If that screws are the right ones it will require PH1 bit.
It is difficult to inpossible to find someone who sells these screws in black ... so I need to consider another way of blackening them ...
Ideas?

Oh great.
I also found this one:
https://minischrauben.com/
Your link is actually better (selling a single screw ), but not selling the exact format (3x10 instead of 3x8).
But that is awesome information.. Thanks alot. |

You're welcome!
I don't think that these 2mm more of length 'will make the Kohl fett' |
