I have a PA4X keyboard and it has 400 MB of PCM memory, and so far I have used only 200 MB, and once I try to create new samples it gives me an error that the memory is full.
Does anyone has experienced this problem?
Please advise,
Thanks,
Hanif

Be sure that you have the required remaining memory SOUND/Record/info.
But you also maybe face the buffer memory overflow issue of Pa4X , so try to save samples with duration bellow 10 seconds and let us know !

Thank you for your response. All of my samples are between 4 - 5 secs, but the problem still exists.

Any other recommendations?

Thanks,
Hanif

Do the following in case of remnants you can't see :
1) Save Your.SET (All option)
Check in your PC folder PCM to see if it's indeed 200 Mb
2) Go to SOUND/Record/select from screen arrow scroll down menu "Delete" and choose "all samples & multisamples" option.
3) Go to MEDIA/LOAD/Open saved Your.SET / click on SOUND folder and load it.
this will take less than 10 minutes.
Now your set contains only valid multisamples and all your rest resources , check
the actual size and try again saving new samples.
- If you still face the same saving issue then it's time to visit official service 'cause you have hardware problem !

Hope this helps

Also which os version are you at?
And if you use too many drum loops you may have reached the maximum number of samples allowed so from the sampling info tab inside sampling mode (SOUND->RECORD) check both the free time and total samples and report back!

Why You need that all of Your samples are between 4-5 secs?
Look at your samples and i am pretty shure that you can shorter them.
