|
|
Hi all,
I have been using my MicroKorg with 9V PSU for about a year exclusively.
However the other day I plugged in some brand new batteries and the device does not power on.
---I didn't leave old batteries in the synth to go gooey and crusty. The last time it had batteries in it, it worked.----
I looked through the manual but it didn't seem to have any information on battery related settings in the synth menu.
A guess would be something wrong with a wiring connection.
Has this issue occured to anybody else?
Thanks in advance. |

Does the microKorg still work with the PSU?
If so and the batteries are well placed and really not suspicious (try another set?), I would think that there is a broken wire from the battery compartment to the main board.
Good luck _________________ microKORGXL, Kaossilator Pro, monotribe, SQ-1, volca fm, Kross 88 BK
