OK!!!
So you are selecting a KEYBOARD-SET
Make sure the "Split" LED is ON (Split button LED) if you want a split or OFF if you don't
(With Split ON your left hand will play only LOWER and Bass if they are unmuted)
The keyboard-set "split" status may change each time you select a Keyboard-set (depending on the contents of that keyboard-set) so you can LOCK the Keyboard Mode "Split/Full" and prevent it from changing:-
Go to the Global > General Controls > Lock > Control page and Lock "Keyboard mode Split/full"
(Page 848 in the latest PA4X User Manual)
Don't forget to perform a "save All" backup - life should be sweet after this....
