So I just got my EMX-1 with smart card, Im in Australia right now and received it with a US power adapter and had to buy one of these converters. Incredible stupid by me I just plug it in and dont think about the power. The thing blinks for a second and is now turned off and wont turn back on again.
Is the thing completely broken?
Can I fix it buy getting a new adapter?
If not what part do I need to change inside to get it working again..? |

EMX1-SD uses the very common Korg KA350 adapter that powers most of their small synth products these days, a cheaper option is the Casio AD95 which does the same job for half the price... |
