From Korg PA4x manual how to connect to output monitor
20 Connecting an external display
You can connect Pa4X to a TV or video monitor, to read lyrics and chords with your fellow musicians
or audience.
Connect the external video monitor
▪ Use the VIDEO OUT connector to connect Pa4X to a TV set or video monitor.
Depending on the type of video monitor, you can use a cable of the RCA-to- RCA type (if the monitor
is equipped with a Video Composite input), or the RCA-to-SCART type (if the monitor is equipped
with a SCART connector). You can buy the needed cables at a store that sells television equipment.
Go to the Video Out page
1 If it is off, turn the instrument on.
2 Go to the Global > Audio & Video > Video Out page.
Select the video standard
▪ Use the System menu to select the video standard.
System Meaning
PAL Used in most European, South American, Asian and African countries. This setting
can be also used with SECAM TV sets (used in France, Russia, and some African countries); in this
latter case, however, the pic- ture is shown in black & white.
NTSC Used in North America, Central America and part of South America. It is also used in
Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines and Burma.

Turn the external monitor on
▪ Turn the video monitor on, and tune it on the correct AV input.
Set the colors
▪ In the same page, use the Colors menu to choose the preferred set of colors for the lyrics and
the background.
Colors Meaning
1...5 Color set. Try them to find the one you feel most comfortable with.
Choose what to display
▪ In the same page, use the External Video menu to choose what to show in the video monitor.
External Video Meaning
Text Only Only Lyrics and Chords (if any) are shown in the external display. (This
is the default option at startup.)
Mirror The internal display is duplicated (‘mirrored’) to the external
display. |

Thanks KorgPa for all your help, I'm not worry about read the lyrics and chords
I'm more concern about Styles because in the bottom part of the screen it's really bad, when I touch it nothing happens, I have some styles on the Song book so that part I am good but some styles which are in the bottom part that's the problem, I wish I have all the styles on the song book.
So, you don't think those guys that fix iphones and tablets wouldn't be able to change the glass?
thanks
JP

I don't think you can do anything when the tough screen is broken.
As I told you it need a time to order a new part. I think you can replace it by yourself when you have a new screen. Look like it cost about 273 dollars for complete a new screen (tough screen and glass)
I found this video as a sample (Pa2X) to watch.

Hi Jpires:
What a bad accident......
Yes you can change your styles using dedicated buttons, the same as sounds and performances.-
Meanwhile, you can conect a video monitor (see back of the keyboard) to video output of your kyb. I don't test it, but surely it will show the same screen displayed on your broken one.- Also it won't be a touchscreen, but it may help to see what style or sounds you are playing.-
Hoping this helps you
With regards.

Thanks Eduardo for your response,
Yes it was a bad day for me but I move on, I order a new screen but I have to wait 4 to 8 weeks. I can see all the styles on my screen but only the top part of the screen is touchable the bottom part is dead.
You mention a dedicated buttons, can you please be more specific which buttons you are talking about, is this info on the manual? I try many different buttons but I couldn't figure it out.
I will appreciate if you can help me out.
best regards
