If you are using just one program and you want simple solution and a mixer style utility for it, then put the program in a Combi.
Each timbre will get its own volume control with a slider available for mixer style utility.

If you are using a combi made of multiple programs, it can get complicated.
But with the “Hold Balance” function, found at top of Combi mixer page , you can draw up or down any single timbre/track slider and it will bring all the sliders with it in balance.

Input volume will not be affected by this as input is attached to sampling audio routing. You can use sampling audio page to control volume for Casio and use the timbre/track sliders to control kronos volume.

Global Audio page settings allows to bus L/R mains to individual 1&2 or 3&4. When you do this, you can have sound going out through individual out pairs and have their isolated volume control done by Master slider while main volume control remains universal volume over everything.
As long as Casio is not routed to bus out of individual outs, then Master slider will not affect Casio volume while Kronos is under global audio page setup to route outputs to individual outs.
