hello,
is that possible to connect mic Shure SM58 (dynamic) to my korg kross ?
if not , what are the specs for the suitable mic ?
does this mic recording quality is good as recording in a studio ? |

There is a line and mike jack inputs to the Kross 2.
The mike is only a 1/4 inch jack and not XLR.
Cannot comment on recording quality of the Shure you quote.
As for it being studio quality, that would definately be a no. _________________ Biggles

"Studio quality" depends on the studio, and what you mean by it.
If you mean pristine, 32 bit, 384KHz recording, then no.
But I've been in some pretty crappy studios, where a Kross would have been an improvement. |

Mic input is 6.3mm (1/4") phone jack TS unbalanced and doesn't support phantom power, it should be fine with that mic in particular I think.
Here you can check most of the technical specs for Kross2. Recording quality is 48khz/16bit which is decent but far from ideal probably.
