Hi there, when I put a USB stick in, the user styles are there, but no midi's show, all I get is an outline of a folder thats white in the middle.
I have tried other midi's and a different usb stick. but still the same. I have tried them in a folder and not in a folder. anybody any ideas what is going on.

Have managed to get to them through the sequencer, is this the normal way to read the midi. I would have thought you should be able to read them direct when you first open media/usb. Don't know, still learning. but at least I can get to them.
Onwards and upwards.

LOAD / PLAY MIDIFILES
To load and play MIDIFILES, proceed as follows:

2. Press the SONG PLAY button
The Korg Pa4X has two song players
Here you can load and play a midi files song in both players.
3. Press the SELECT button on player 1 or on player 2.
4. and choose the location from which you want to open the MIDIFILE (hard disk or USB stick);
5. Select the MIDIFILE you want to load.
Do you have a lot of MIDIFILES available. With the DATA ENTRY button you can scroll through the list. Has
u folders where MIDIFILES are stored, select the desired folder, and press OPEN

The selected MIDIFLE is loaded by pressing SELECT.
6. After you have loaded the MIDIFILE, press the PLAY / STOP button to start playback _________________ Korg Pa5x musikant-Yamaha Genos - Ketron SD-40 -bose l1 |

exactly, midi files only works in song play mode, so press the song play button and then load the midi. It doesn't work in other modes. |
