Hi, guys. I'd like to make a synth sound like this, the pad in the first seconds.
https://youtu.be/wDViPmOm8aM
Any idea about what engine to use and recommendations about waveforms, envelopes, lfo and extra settings?
I see that the sounds have a 5th that sounds up (because I hear it and its not played)
Thanks in advance! _________________ Kronos 2 73 - Korg Krome - nanoPad2 - M-AUDIO Oxygen Pro 61 -

Hello,
Nice sound, indeed.
I would use AL-1.
The display shows Pulse waveform with narrow pulse widht in OSC1.
As you said, I suppose a 5th tune up for the second OSC.
I would use a 12db multimode filter with a wide range bandpass, as there are no low frequencies in the sound, nor very high frequencies.
LFO seems to be applied to Amplifier, as a tremolo and lightly on filter cutoff but not on pitch.
Of course slow attack enveloppe and slow release.
I would try that as a base. |
