|

Hey guys, getting super frustrated!
So when i plug the prologue into my PC (windows 7) via USB, windows automatically tries to instal the driver, and then fails. I have installed the korg driver software, and installed the driver, which says that it installs properly, but when i try to run the updater, or the librarian, both say that prologue is not connected, when it definitely is!
I've tried deleting the drivers using the korg software, and reinstalling etc, but i just can't get the bugger to connect.
Anyone have any ideas? Have no idea what else to try. Obviously need to get this connected asap! |

Not sure if this is your issue but order of starting the app then the Prologue is crucial. |

Hello. If you're using a USB hub, try connecting directly to the mainboard instead. I found this to be the case with other Korg devices. Good luck! |
