fade in and fade out

fade in and fade out
I think has a BUG
play any style ..
let it run for just a little..
then press the fade out ..and it will do just that and it will stop the style.. and if you press the keyboard you will hear the sound you had before ,,,, so far great ,,
but now , if you press play ( or restart the same style again ) you will hear nothing , know music no keyboards ...

this in not right ,,
can some try this and see if it me or the keyboard ..
I try this with my pa10000 an my pa4x ,, it the same on both ///
So i am play a style and use the fade out and when all stop and I pick another style and try to start .. there no music .

Hi Duby2. I tried the same thing on my Pa1000 running the current version OS (version 1.2.0) and I’m not experiencing your issue. I play a style, then tap the fade button and the music fades and music stops as expected. Im then able to pick another style and the music is heard as normal when I select style play button. Scott

Hy Duby2

O tested this on my PA1000 (V1.20) and the result is that after "fade out" my KB can not produce any style, midi and MP3. I see that they are running but no any souds. I think it is more serious than just a bug.

I tested this more:
If i stop the style in the time of fading out, the next styles will play at the same (lower) volume that was when i stop the prevoius style.
The same is with the right hand: after fading out the right hand fades out too and when the style is faded out and stops, then I can use the right hand normally, but if i start style again it dissapears like the style.
Changing KB to Song mode and back to Style play - the result is the same (no sounds volume). After changing to Sequencer mode and back to Style Play to before i start the style i hear the sounds of left and right hand. Left Hand (KB low) is heard regardless is it muted or not. And now when i start the style, all the sounds disappears.
I made tests using "Kiss Sky Pop" (and using 3 first styles from there) and throgh my headphones plugged to the KB.

Now after fading out the style i test "Song Play" mode, The midi song is running, but no sounds. The MP3 is running and even there no sounds.
When i press the "Fade In/Out" the sound (music) comes back, but when it is like fade out it disappears.

The same problems are with "Audio out".

I dont know how i can do that this will not happend.

Hi Duby.

I read that link and tested Your recommendations. Yes You are right - it depends at mic "Talk Over" and if it is in auto mode that happends. When the mode is off all works correctly. But i need that the mode is on and if fading is needed so i can use that Panic command. Usually i not use the fadings.
But Yes - this bug does need fixing!!!

you are right ,, if you do not need the fade in and out , the auto mode will work fine ,,, on my pa4x i never use the fade ,but i do use the auto mode , ,, but on my pa1000 , i use the fade ,,, two difference bands ,,,

now will korg come out with a new fix or will they just wait for the pa5x ,, this will tell us about korg support

Pa1000 .
I just tested the fade in and fade out .
in OS (version 1.1.0) it works perfect...
so the bug is in OS (version 1.2.0 )..
I did not test other OS (version) of the Pa4x if I get time I will ..

Hi guys ,
I also posted if we can fade out the microphone signal along with everything else on pa1000, but no one responded if it is possible .
It would be handy when you record a song and want to have a fade out to finish the recording .
Thanks!

i think the fade out was just for the music ,, not the voice , it would be nice to pick one or the other or both.
