Hi everyone. Could someone kindly walk me through the best way to put these Osimo updates on please. If I just press load am I going to overwrite my original song book and set lists, because I seem to be quite good at doing this. Thank goodness for the backup save.

- copy it to a usb stick
- insert the usb stick in the pa4x
- press the Shift - Media buttons together
- in the last tab select the osimo set als Direct set folder.
- Done

now when you open your songbook you will see all the songs from Osimo in your songbook and they can be recognised as an Osimo song because then have a border around the STY icon.

Does the Osimo V1.3 have all the content of the previous versions? Or do I have to install all the previous versions?

Hi Fellas,
Where are the 2 new Sets placed if you install Osimo? (USER or FAVORITE)
Also, can any songs or styles be deleted if you use the Direct set folder?
Doesn't this use up a lot of memory?
Thanks Frank

Thanks for all your replies,

Seaside, Can you tell me were to find just the extra 2 sets, and how to copy and paste in the song book editor.
I have only this week downloaded that and plugged the keyboard in, so it's all a bit new to me.

Do remember that Backing up your system and user data should be the first task before updating

Clarification please.

Does OSIMO only use factory sounds and styles? Which would make merging the Songbook and Setlists fairly straightforward.

I worked it out, contains Songbook entries and Setlists. Using Songbook Editor is the way to go to merge with your existing songs.

There is some good stuff here, thanks Korg UK.
