HD-1 is a sampler. It shouldn't be able to do things like PWM or osc sync. But it can, because the Kronos is a monster.
Usually oscillator sync is only found in AL-1. Here's how to do it in HD-1 as well.
EDIT: Two things I should add, that sync sound can be resampled into HD-1 to create a totally playable sync sweep. Naturally the resampling would create interesting artifacts that AL-1 wouldn't have.
The other thing is that sync sweep is not going to have the patented bandlimited step functions found in AL-1 which translates to a lot more aliasing. Maybe I'll post some spectrum analyses sometime to show just how clean AL-1 is.
PS. PWM should've been possible with this technique. I explained how to create PWM with osc sync in a previous video. Didn't work though and I really don't know why. Something about a generated waveform vs a sample I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ _________________ paypal.me/CharlesFerraro
