So I was using this last night, it was working fine, and then all of a sudden the headphone jack stopped working. I had it plugged into a mixer and all that came out was a bad frequency (if that makes sense).

I used compressed air in the jack and still no dice.

Any suggestions?

How were you powering it? I've found with bad DC power packs the audio from a device can produce a very 'dirty' sound, with noise and distortion coming through. I'm pretty sure I sold a drum machine that was having that problem the first time I came across that symptom without knowing that it could be just the power source...
If the Volca is out of warranty, it can't hurt to open it up and check the internal connections to the PCB also.
